- 1) All the return and replace processing need video opening the order.
- 2) An order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped.
- 3) We do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) for the orders.
- 4) Our support team will be available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Saturday.
